Jo Robin is the digital journalist and producer with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s North America bureau.
She graduated with a master’s degree and honors from Columbia Journalism School in New York in August 2021.
Jo was previously Melbourne assistant editor for Broadsheet, where she began as a subeditor in 2017, before launching the national Things to Do section as its editor a year later.
She was communications manager for broadcaster Sally Warhaft’s mayoral campaign; a freelance copy editor for the County Court of Victoria; and a senior news producer at Mamamia, Australia’s top independent women’s media company.
Jo completed a graduate diploma in journalism at RMIT in 2013. Her byline has appeared on ABC News, The New Republic, Broadsheet, Mamamia, 9Honey, Crikey and more.
